Description:Using lightning charge, the user can channel all the lightning on their body to a certain part of their body and attack with it increasing the speed and power of the attack which can stun the target.

Description:While charged with lightning from lightning charge, the user uses the lightning to increase his speed and heads towards the target at high speeds and crash into them causing severe damage to both the target and the user since it is the users body crashing into them.

Description:A large vortex of wind picks up around the user and becomes tornado like in appearance. Lightning begans to spark around the tornado until lightning completely covers it. On the top of the lightning tornado, lightning in the shape of a dragon's head forms and it begins to follow the user and even if it doesn't hit them, lightning randomly surges out from the vortex so they still might be shocked.
