Jutsu:Limited:Rasengan - Can only be learned by Namikaze and Uzumaki clan members, and students of ones who know the Rasengan.
Chidori - Can only be learned by Uchiha and Hatake clan members, Shinobi with Sharingan Implants and students of ones who know the Chidori.
Hatake Ichizoku Gijutsu: Seishin Kyoyaku - Can only be learned by a Hatake clan member in possesion of the Hatake Family Scroll.

Hatake Ichizoku Gijutsu: Seishin Kyoyaku – [Hatake Clan Technique: Spirit Conjugation] Created by Hatake Kakashi before his death, this jutsu allows one to use their chakra to conjure up spirits of deceased for information. This technique is an S-Rank technique and requires 400 Chakra to use for around 4 minutes. The drawbacks are that this leaves the user prone to attack and death as they cannot feel physical pain or injury and the fact that the only spirits that can be conjured are the ones listed on the memorial stone of their home village. Kakashi used this technique to speak to Naruto after his death and to relay how his son Itachi was progressing. This jutsu has been sealed into a scroll for Hatake members only.
Fūton: Rasenshuriken - Can only be learned by a direct descendant of Naruto Namikaze and if they have the Futon Chakra Affinity.
Raikiri - Can only be learned by a person who has mastered the Chidori.
Kirin - Can only be learned under intense training and under strict discretion of the Village Kage.
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Labeled as forbidden, you must train hard for this technique. You are only allowed to create a certian number of clones per rank and chakra.
Hiraishin no Justu - Can only be used by at least a Jonin Namikaze Member, can only be used 3 Times per battle, and costs 150 Chakra per use.
