GALLIFREY RISES

As soon as the Master fought Rassilon back into the Time Lock, everything changed. The Doctor regenerated and the Time Lords were doomed to relive the Time War over and over again.

The Time Lords weren’t destined to be trapped forever. When the Time War began all over again inside the Time Lock, the Time Lords remembered. They deposed Rassilon and the new Time Lord High Council refused to keep dying. With the Master now in their hands, they chained him and forced him to use his genius. With Gallifrey’s technologies at his disposal, the Master was able to craft the largest paradox machine ever created. Soldiers were turned into engineers and decades passed until it was all ready.

The Time Lock was broken. Bitter and furious, the Council wanted to eradicate the Daleks forever. First, they broke back into the universe. Then, the greatest achievement took hold. The Master’s paradox machine expanded out into the size of a galaxy. They brought them back. From the universe, they pulled every Time Lord back into existence. Every incarnation of every individual was brought back to life, inside the TARDISes that they remembered. Every Doctor, every Master, every Rani and Romana and Corsair.

The Time War has fallen into a lull. Both sides are getting ready for another battle. The resurrected Time Lords and incarnations have been sent telepathic messages to explain their orders. Earth’s Rift has burst into more activity, and Jack Harkness’ Torchwood is overrun. UNIT is fighting more alien advances. Torchwood One has been rebuilt as more and more aliens are hiding on Earth to escape the new Time War.

The twenty-first century is when everything changes. And it has.
